The manual payment system for ordering e-books in PDF format or printed books through the OMP Book Cita Cendekia platform requires users to make a bank transfer in the amount of the total bill displayed in the system. The payment method currently available is via bank transfer (BCA) to ensure the integrity and ease of transactions for all publishing partners.

By proceeding with the transaction and clicking the confirmation button, users knowingly and voluntarily declare that they have understood, read, and agreed to all terms, conditions, privacy policies, and publication ethics rules established by CV Cita Cendekia. It should be emphasized that all payments received in the company’s official account are considered valid and non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure formally agreed upon by both parties. CV Cita Cendekia guarantees the protection of users’ personal data throughout the transaction process in accordance with applicable security standards.

To complete the order, users must fill out the form in full by providing the recipient’s name, a valid email address, a detailed shipping address, selecting the BCA payment method, and specifying the number of copies ordered. After clicking the “Confirm Order” button and attaching proof of transaction—such as a screenshot or receipt—the system will automatically redirect the user to the WhatsApp app to send the proof to our principal contact. This step is taken to expedite the verification process by our administrative team and ensure your order is processed promptly.
